I bought the Powerhoop at the Vitality Show in Olympia in 2008 and I LOVE it!I hoop for just 10mins in the morning while watching my morning TV programmes before I go to work and I feel I have done my exercise for the day.I feel fitter and my waist and abdominal muscles are much tighter.

We have had more fun with our children than we have for along time. We took our Powerhoops camping with us this summer after hearing about them through a friend.
It was so funny watching our children teaching my husband & I to hoop, but by the end of our 2 week holiday we are all Sooper Hoopers! They were so easy to dismantle and pack so they took up no room in our luggage  and we are definitely going to carry on using them at home.

My daughter told me some of her friends were using the Powerhoop so we decided to make her a hula party for her 14th birthday. We took her friends to a local park with a picnic and made up competitions with prizes for the best ‘Sooper Hooper’. We had a great day and supplied healthy snacks along with birthday treats for all the kids.
The Powerhoop was a massive hit and all my daughter’s friends are now using it!

I was delighted to learn that my local fitness club were using the Powerhoop for hula classes. Although I am in my 50’s I was fed up doing conventional keep fit classes so I thought I would give it a go. I have not had so much fun in years, it reminded me of my youth when the Hula Hoop was all the craze. Now I am addicted and have bought one to use at home. If you don’t have them at your gym make sure you ask them to get one!

My 6 year old little girl was being bullied at school because of her weight. We tried everything to get her to exercise as although we watched her diet she did not want to play in the playground with the other children because she was embarrassed.
My elder daughter saw an ad for the Wavy Hoop and we decided to buy one for her. In no time her sister was using it firstly at home, and then in the playground at school. She has gained so many new friends and the bullying has stopped as she has introduced a new craze! Apart from having fun and making friends she is smiling again and has lost over 6lbs in weight.

Thank you.. thank you.. thank you  Sooper Hoop. When visiting my local Weight Watchers group I was a bit down as I hadn’t lost much weight. The weekly flier we receive at our meetings had a whole page on the benefits of hula hooping, so I searched on line until I found the Powerhoop. WOW! After using it for just 2 weeks my weight starting falling off and I have now dropped a full dress size! I told all my Weight Watcher’s friends about my new purchase and now we are all using the Powerhoop to keep our weight off!
