General Terms and Conditions

Forms of payment accepted

We accept the following forms of payment:

  • PayPal – for PayPal account holders. Check the PayPal payment option in the checkout process.
  • Credit Cards – to pay by credit or debit card choose the PayPal option during checkout or choose the Pay by phone payment to call us with card details.

Order processing, delivery times & charges

1. We post to the UK, Northern Ireland & Scotland.

2. Delivery postal charges depend on the weight of the product.

3. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days of placement. Standard delivery for mainland UK is done by Royal Mail Standard Parcels service with 3 to 5 working days delivery time aim for the UK. Deliveries to EU, are done by courier (usually DHL or UPS) and take 3 to 5 working days.

4. For Royal Mail deliveries only - in the unlikely event that your package does not arrive, we will not be able to resend the package or refund you for 15 working days. This time limit is imposed by Royal Mail and is unfortunately beyond our control. If your order is urgent please call us to arrange courier service.

5. We will not be held liable for any costs or inconvenience caused by late deliveries. We can't take responsibility for goods being lost by Royal Mail. If you wish to be able to track your parcel and have it insured, please order a courier delivery.

6. Courier service zones:

During checkout choose the following options for the following destinations:

  • Royal Mail - UK Mainland for deliveries to UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man
  • UPS/DHL - UK mainland  for expedited, trackable deliveries to UK Mainland excluding Scottish Islands and Highlands
  • UPS/DHL - UK (other than mainland) for expedited, trackable deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Scottish Islands & Highlands
  • Rest of the EU – please contact our office for a quotation or visit www.powerhoop.eu

We reserve the right to refund the money and cancel any order should the courier company change their prices.

Cancellations, returns & refunds

1. If you wish to cancel an order please contact us, and have your order details available
If the order has not yet been shipped and you have already made payment, we will refund you the purchase price.

2. We will not accept returns of products unless faulty.

Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items

1. In the unlikely event of receiving damaged, defective goods notification must be made immediately by email or phone.

2. If your claim is validated we will either refund you full costs of the transaction or send a replacement.

3 We will not acknowledge returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items without prior communication of such case.

Change to legal notices

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time, please ensure they are reviewed regularly.

This website, its content and any contract with Diva Distribution Ltd who are the sole distributors for the Powerhoop & Wavy Hoop in the UK & Ireland are governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.

None of the above 'terms and conditions' affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
